Bringing Luxury Photo Booth Hire to Wilderness Reserve, Suffolk

When a client asked us to bring our ICON indoor photo booth to a corporate celebration at Wilderness Reserve, we knew this was one booking we wanted to shout about.

For anyone who hasn't come across it, Wilderness Reserve is an 8,000-acre private estate tucked away in the Suffolk countryside, split across two exclusive-use estates of manor houses, barns and cottages, all built around a long-running rewilding project. It's the kind of venue that has quietly become a favourite among people who want privacy, space and a genuinely special setting, and it regularly hosts weddings, retreats and, as we found out, high-end corporate events too.

Why the ICON Booth Was the Right Fit

Our ICON booth, made by Everybooth, is widely regarded as one of the leading luxury photo booths in the UK, and a venue like Wilderness Reserve called for exactly that level of finish. Sleek, understated and built to sit comfortably in elegant interiors without ever feeling like an add-on, it was a natural match for the estate's own mix of rustic charm and quiet luxury.

For a corporate celebration, that matters. Guests at this level of event expect polish everywhere they look, and a booth that feels cheap or overly branded can undo all the effort that's gone into the rest of the day. The ICON gave guests instant, high-quality prints and a beautifully finished online gallery, all wrapped up in a booth that looked like it belonged there rather than one that had simply been dropped in for the afternoon.
