The indoor booth. This is the popular choice here, and it goes in the green room, so it has a space of its own rather than a corner of somewhere else. It's just off the covered courtyard where the evening food is served, so guests come across it without going looking. Being a step away from the dancefloor is the reason it works. People wander in for a breather, and then they stay.
The horsebox. We can bring it to Bruisyard too. It goes at the top of the courtyard steps, a little further out of the way than the green room, so it suits you if you want the horsebox itself to be part of the look of the day.
